The bed was large, clean, and comfortable with air con and WiFi. The bathroom had good shower pressure, a hairdryer, and the room came with a microwave and fridge. The small fitness room on level 4 was a nice bonus.

The hotel is located in a business district that is essentially shut down after 8pm, giving you a quiet and peaceful atmosphere in the evenings. It is also conveniently close to a supermarket called COTO, making it easy to pick up any essentials you may need during your stay. the hotel is centrally located in the city center, providing easy access to various attractions and amenities.
The bathroom could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic. I couldn't believe the prices for such a great hotel with all the amenities included. The attention to detail was also impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to give city tips and assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern furniture and a great TV. And let's not forget the breakfast! It was included in my rate and offered a tasty and varied buffet. I couldn't have asked for a better stay in this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was not only spacious and elegant, but it also had a French balcony that provided beautiful views of the city's rooftops. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Av. 9 Julio and the iconic Obelisco, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. the breakfast provided was quite satisfying, and we particularly enjoyed the option of requesting a custom-made omelet. They efficiently managed bookings, provided support, and even arranged refunds for the remaining nights when we had to leave the country unexpectedly. We felt grateful for their really good service and support.

The hotel is great and charming, with large rooms and beds. The location is fantastic, walking distance to attractions and Malecon. The staff was amazing, professional, and helpful. The service was excellent and they even refunded the remaining nights. Also, the breakfast was awesome.
